Standard email support is included with every license purchase without additional charge. We do our best to answer messages quickly and to resolve support requests such as technical questions, requests for example code and bug fixes within commercially acceptable limits.
Priority Support
Upon request, customers can purchase priority support. Support requests such as technical questions, bug reports and fixes, example code coming from customers that have obtained priority support are given priority over standard email support requests.
